Randy Hermann has 25+ years of deep finance and operational expertise in the filmed and media entertainment space. Randy currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of New Republic Pictures, where he is responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, strategic initiatives, and business development. Since 2021, he has been at the helm of executing business plans and managing a nine-figure credit line, driving the company's fiscal growth and operational success.

In addition to his role at New Republic, Randy is the co-founder and Managing Director of Allied Financial Advisors, a boutique advisory firm specializing in providing C-Suite services for media and entertainment companies. In 2023, he closed an eight-figure library sale on behalf of a client, further cementing his excellent reputation in the industry.

Prior to working with New Republic, Randy was Chief Financial Officer at Red Granite Pictures (2012-2018), where he directed the company's financial operations and secured approximately $300 million in financing for films such as Dumb and Dumber To and Daddy's Home. He previously held the role of CFO at Exclusive Media (2011-2012), structuring financing for projects like End of Watch and Rush, and served as COO/CFO at Essential Entertainment (2006-2011), brokering deals for Red Dog and The Expatriate. During his tenure at Mandalay Pictures (1996-2006), Randy orchestrated more than $600 million in production financing, establishing his leadership in entertainment finance.

Randy's career began in financial services, with roles at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Chemical Bank. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley. His commitment to leadership extends beyond the industry, having served on the boards of The Oaks School and the finance and audit committee for Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
